My son recently caught his first fish ever, a huge Brown Trout out of my favorite trout stream. It was so fun for him to catch it, and fun for me to be there helping him along. Apple Beer

The tastiest beverage made in the States. Fortunately I don't have to worry about apple beer's distribution outside of Utah, as I'm lucky enough to work in the same city as their headquarters. We recently discovered at a local Costco the 24-bottle case for $15.99! That is $0.66/12oz. bottle. A great price for a superb U.S. carbonated soda—though I still like Berliner Fassbrause a bit better.

Star Wars Lego: X-wing Fighter 6212

I thought this was a discontinued Lego Star Wars set of the X-wing Fighter 6212, but browsing in Toys-R-Us the other day I saw a stack of them for $59.99. This set comes with Luke, Han Solo, Leia and three other mini figures. If you click the images above, the www.Lego.com site is selling them for $49.99/ea and they offer free shipping for orders over $99. We already have one of this set (my boys will go crazy when they open it) and I'm fighting the urge to get another from Lego.com right now.
